Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Designer / Senior Architect to lead design and execution for our commercial and residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and hands-on project experience from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development for commercial, corporate, and residential interior projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop concepts, and present design solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings and material specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the design and build process.
- Manage design documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall design innovation within the studio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in architecture/interior design with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery within a Design & Build setup.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong sense of design ownership.
