Accountabilities
The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering AI-powered agentic solutions that address business needs and create measurable impact. This role requires hands-on expertise in data science, generative AI, experimentation, and collaboration across technical and customer-focused teams.
- Design, prototype, and deliver AI and agentic solutions for internal and client-facing use cases.
- Apply machine learning, data science, analytics, and generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical, scalable AI solution designs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, solutions, and customer-facing teams to define and implement AI capabilities.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and support the transition of successful experiments into production-ready solutions.
- Evaluate model performance, solution quality, and business outcomes using data-driven approaches.
- Analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize AI solutions over time.
- Communicate technical approaches, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging developments in AI agents, large language models, automation, and applied machine learning.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced data scientist with strong technical foundations, practical AI implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong professional experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or applied artificial intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, data analysis, and machine learning development workflows.
- Experience with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying AI solutions in product-oriented, delivery-focused, or client-facing environments.
- Ability to transform complex or unclear requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to business impact.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering, product, and business teams.
