About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in analytics, hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Power BI, and a good understanding of cloud platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, automate data pipelines, and support model development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
- Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Build data pipelines and perform data cleaning/preprocessing using Python.
- Support machine learning model development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into analytical solutions.
- Work with engineering teams on cloud deployments (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation of all analytics processes.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hold on Python (Pandas, NumPy, basic ML libraries).
- Excellent understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling).
- Ability to understand business KPIs and convert them into dashboards.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- B.Tech/B.E degree (mandatory).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
- Knowledge of data engineering basics (ETL, APIs, automation).
- Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Scikit-learn pipelines).
- Understanding of version control using Git.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of hands-on analytics experience
- OR
- MBA with at least one internship in data science/analytics
- Shows strong ownership, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
