Senior Data Modeler (ErWin, Data vault + Cloud)
Location: Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad
We are currently looking to recruit several experienced Data Modelers to join our team. These individuals should have a robust expertise in Data Vault 2.0/ ErWin modeling. Candidates with additional knowledge in Cloud, Snowflake will find their skills particularly beneficial in designing and maintaining effective data models that align with both business objectives and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop appropriate data models.
- Design, implement, and maintain Data Vault 2.0 models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align data models with business objectives and industry regulations.
- Utilize Erwin Data Intelligence and other relevant tools to create and manage data models effectively.
- Provide expertise and guidance in utilizing Snowflake and other data technologies for optimal data modeling and storage solutions.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing, ensuring transparency and understanding across teams.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable proficiency in Data Vault 2.0 / ErWin modeling principles, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data vault structures.
- Strong familiarity with data systems, regulations, and industry-specific data modeling requirements.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity or experience with Erwin Data Intelligence tools, with a preference for candidates proficient in using Erwin for data governance, modeling, and metadata management.
- Knowledge or exposure to Snowflake, especially in a data modeling context. Candidates with experience in Snowflake for data warehousing or analytics are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of related experience ONLY
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
