Role Overview
We are expanding our data team and seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst who can turn data into clarity, decisions, and measurable impact. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguous business problems, communicates with confidence, and knows how to guide stakeholders toward using data effectivelynot just build dashboards on request.
You will partner directly with business and product leaders, understand their goals, and translate them into structured analysis and actionable insights. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, advising non-technical users, and ensuring that data becomes a strategic asset, not just a reporting tool.

Responsibilities
- Insight Generation & Advisory
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and transform them into analytical frameworks.
- Provide clear, actionable insights that drive product, operational, and commercial decisions.
- Advise teams on how to interpret metrics, define KPIs, and use data responsibly.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure data visualizations tell a storynot just display numbers.
- Translate complex findings into simple, decision-ready messages for non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build deep domain expertise across business verticals and proactively anticipate analytical needs.
- Influence decision-makers by presenting insights with clarity and context.
- Lead user enablement efforts, including training sessions, documentation, and self-service analytics support.
- Data Quality & Troubleshooting:
- Investigate data inconsistencies and partner with technical teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of data sources, definitions, and lineage to ensure reliable insights.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend new tools, methodologies, or analytics approaches that enhance decision-making.
- Stay updated on AI, ML, and predictive analytics trends and identify practical use cases.
To Be Successful You Will Need To Have
- Experience: 5+ years of work experience in data and analytics, insights, or a similar role.
- Technical proficiency:
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with analytics visualization tools such as Looker/LookML or Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics is highly desirable.
