Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer Talend with strong expertise in ETL development and data pipeline architecture. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize large-scale data integration solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Talend for large data volumes.
- Develop and optimize data integration workflows across multiple source systems.
- Perform data modeling, design, and development for analytics and reporting solutions.
- Work with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark for data transformation.
- Implement data quality, validation, and governance frameworks.
- Deploy and manage ETL solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot data pipelines for high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data requirements effectively.
Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend-based solutions.
- Excellent proficiency in SQL, performance tuning, and Fastload concepts.
- Solid experience in Big Data integration using Hadoop/Spark.
- Exposure to cloud ETL tools such as AWS Glue, GCP Dataflow, or Azure Data Factory.
- Good understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering / ETL Development.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments.
