Senior Data Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable data solutions that power business intelligence and analytics across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Build and optimize data models and data architecture
• Integrate data from multiple sources (cloud and on-prem)
• Manage and enhance data warehouses and reporting systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance policies
• Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills

• Strong 8+ Years of experience with building data warehousing, ETL, SQL and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS, ADF, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python for data processing
• Experience with data integration and APIs
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure / AWS / Snowflake / Databricks
• Exposure to BI tools like Power BI
