Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at our Chennai office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with inquiries, address technical issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling online support, managing customer interactions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services to better assist users.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to resolve client queries efficiently and professionally
- Expertise in delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
- Proficient in Online Support and communication tools for real-time issue resolution
- Knowledge and skills in providing Technical Support for product or service-related questions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience within the fintech or startup industry is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in English and other regional languages is a plus
