Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM

Remote/Hybrid options are not available.

About You:

  • Experience:You bring 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, or content strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS with a US-facing audience. You've built high-performing creative across paid ads, emails, landing pages, and social that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Storyteller at Heart:You know how to translate product features into compelling value propositions. You can craft narratives that resonate with US-based SaaS buyersfrom top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel action.
  • Performance-Driven Creativity:You don't create for vanity metrics. Your creative decisions are guided by data, performance insights, and A/B test results. You understand how copy and visuals impact CTR, CPL, and pipeline metrics.
  • Ad Copy Expert:You've written hundreds (if not thousands) of high-converting ad copies for Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic platforms. You know how to stop the scroll, drive the click, and convert the lead.
  • Voice of the Product:You know how to shape and maintain a consistent brand voice across channelsfrom paid media to lifecycle emails to landing pages. You know how to tailor tone for different personas and funnel stages.
  • US Market Focused:You deeply understand the language, pain points, and buying behavior of US-based SMB and mid-market SaaS buyers. You craft messages that resonate and convert.
  • Collaborative Spirit:You work well with performance marketers, designers, product marketers, and sales teams to turn campaign briefs into creative assets that deliver results.
  • Fast-Paced & Detail-Oriented:You thrive in a startup environmentcomfortable juggling multiple campaigns, quick turnarounds, and tight feedback loops while maintaining high creative quality.-

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ad Copywriting:Own and create high-converting ad copy for paid channels including Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and display. Continuously test headlines, CTAs, and value props.
  • Creative Strategy:Develop creative frameworks and messaging hierarchies for multi-channel campaigns. Partner with designers to create ad concepts that are both compelling and on-brand.
  • Landing Page & Web Messaging:Write and optimize landing pages, hero headlines, product messaging, and conversion flows to align with campaign goals and buyer journey stages.
  • Lifecycle Campaigns:Craft compelling email sequences, drip campaigns, and retargeting copy that nurture leads and drive action throughout the funnel.
  • Content-Led Offers:Collaborate on the creation of ebooks, checklists, case studies, and other gated assets. Make sure every content piece has a clear, compelling hook and CTA.
  • Brand Voice Ownership:Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone and voice guide. Ensure all outbound communication reflects the company's personality and resonates with our US audience.
  • Creative Performance Analysis:Work with the performance marketing team to track creative effectiveness. Use metrics like CTR, CVR, and CPL to inform content direction and improve messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as the creative lead within growth pods or campaign squadsworking closely with marketing ops, design, and sales to execute integrated campaigns.

Success Metrics:

You'll know you're crushing it if:

  • CTR on paid ads improves by 2550% across key campaigns.
  • Landing page conversion rates hit or exceed 2030% for top-performing assets.
  • Cost per MQL drops by 1525% through better messaging and copy testing.
  • Email open rates exceed 35% and click-through rates above 810%.
  • Lead-to-demo or MQL-to-SQL conversion improves due to tighter message-market fit.
  • At least 23 A/B tests/month result in statistically significant performance lift.
  • Brand tone is consistently applied across 100% of campaign touchpoints.
