Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to create clear, concise, and engaging content for our products and services, including blogs, service pages, News articles, eBooks, product descriptions, and knowledge base content. The ideal candidate has a strong background in writing technical content, the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly, and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content, including case studies, blog posts, how-to guides, FAQs, and eBooks.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to gather information.
- Simplify complex technical information into easily understandable content.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure across all technical content.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms.
- Update existing blogs periodically according to current trends.
- Follow brand guidelines and the voice of the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in technical writing or content development (freshers with strong writing skills with proof of work may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (marketing, AI, cloud, B2B, SaaS, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
