As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Planning - Delivery department, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions for our clients. Your expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules will be instrumental in optimizing our clients supply chains and enhancing their business planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP IBP Demand & Supply Planning projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Design and configure SAP IBP solutions to meet client requirements, focusing on demand planning and supply planning modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP IBP implementations.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of SAP IBP for demand and supply planning.
  • Analyze client data and processes to identify areas for optimization and recommend SAP IBP-driven solutions.
  • Ensure smooth integration of SAP IBP with existing client systems, maintaining data integrity and system stability.
  • Document project plans, configurations, and best practices for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IBP Demand & Supply Planning, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning and Supply Planning, and their integration with other SAP solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain challenges and best practices, especially in the manufacturing or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in SAP consulting methodologies and best practices, ensuring efficient and effective project implementations.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
