This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant - Redwood RMJ, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Redwood software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, conducting system analyses, developing strategies to improve software performance, and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Proficiency in Redwood software and job scheduling tools
• Experience in system analysis, software design, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and work collaboratively in a team
• Relevant certification or qualifications in Automation and AI is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
