Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for our software applications using Selenium. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Selenium, programming languages, and testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications using Selenium WebDriver
- Write test scripts in Java or other programming languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop test plans
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects
- Maintain and optimize test automation frameworks and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve test automation issues
Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Selenium WebDriver expertise with strong knowledge of test automation frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with test automation tools like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber
- Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Certifications in Selenium or test automation are a plus
