Senior Construction Program Manager Semiconductor Fab Infrastructure

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals to lead large-scale semiconductor fab construction programs for advanced manufacturing facilities. The role involves coordination of EPC contractors, cleanroom infrastructure execution, utilities integration, project scheduling, and semiconductor facility deployment activities.
Candidates with exposure to semiconductor fabs, cleanroom projects, large industrial facilities, or high-tech manufacturing infrastructure are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead semiconductor fab construction activities from planning to execution
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and utility vendors
- Manage construction schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation
- Oversee cleanroom, HVAC, UPW, CDA, gas, and electrical infrastructure installation
- Monitor safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Ensure project delivery within timelines and budget
- Coordinate tool hookup and facility readiness activities
- Work with global semiconductor infrastructure vendors
- Track construction progress through dashboards and reports
- Support commissioning and handover activities
- Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Interface with manufacturing and operations teams during transition phase
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s/Master s in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering
- 15+ years of industrial construction experience
- Semiconductor fab or cleanroom project exposure preferred
