Requires pro-active analysis and consultation on rewards practices location by location across the globe. Birla Carbon structure spanning 16 countries requires this position to have a flexible and global frame of reference. Because of the data driven nature of this work, the position also requires a good working knowledge of distributive computing and relational data base applications such as are used to maintain external market benchmarkingdata, employee data and to communicate compensation, recognition, benefits and working conditions to employees across a global space

1) Compensation Administration to ensure efficient and effective allocation of labor costs
2) Total Rewards Planning to support various units / locations
3) Job Analysis and Evaluation to ensure accurate and equitable resultsacross the business
4) Data management for support ofmarket data / Job evaluation
5) Market analysis by country to determine status of current EVP
6) TR Plan maintenance by country
