Job Description – Senior Cloud Native Platform Engineer (GoLang/Kubernetes)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Native Platform Engineer with strong expertise in GoLang, Kubernetes, OpenShift, container platforms, and networking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing Kubernetes Operators and Controllers, building cloud-native platforms, and driving automation through modern CI/CD practices.
This role requires deep technical expertise in container orchestration, platform engineering, and cloud-native application development, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native platform components using GoLang.
- Build and manage Kubernetes Operators and Controllers to automate platform operations.
- Develop and support scalable container platforms using Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness.
- Design and maintain highly available containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes ecosystems.
- Collaborate with development, platform, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment automation and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex networking, platform, and container-related issues.
- Implement GitOps and automation best practices for application lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain platform services that support enterprise cloud-native workloads.
- Integrate security and secrets management practices using solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives with an automation-first engineering mindset.

- Experience with enterprise CI/CD platforms and DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities in distributed systems.
