Title: Senior Client Acquisition Manager - Recruitment (UK & Europe)
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a seasoned Client Acquisition Manager to join our growing team @ Trijit. We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected individual with a proven track record of success in the UK and European recruitment markets. This senior resource will play a pivotal role in leveraging their existing client relationships and industry expertise to drive significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your established network of contacts within the UK and European recruitment landscape to secure new clients for our business.
Develop and implement strategic client acquisition plans focused on high-value targets.
Identify and qualify potential clients based on in-depth market research and understanding of industry trends.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hiring teams and HR departments.
Act as a trusted advisor, proactively presenting customized recruitment solutions that address client needs and challenges.
Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value proposition of our services and secure new business.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, exceeding established sales targets.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrably successful experience in client acquisition for recruitment agencies in the UK or Europe.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
Extensive network of established relationships with decision-makers within the UK and European recruitment market.
Deep understanding of the UK and/or European recruitment landscape and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective client acquisition plans.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
