About the Role
We're looking for experienced professionals to conduct career consultation sessions, guide clients toward the right career solutions, and help them achieve their global career goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct career consultation calls with prospective clients.
- Understand candidates career aspirations and recommend suitable career pathways.
- Explain Prime Pathway's services and guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Build trust through consultative conversations rather than hard selling.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Career Counselling, Recruitment, Education Counselling, or Consultative Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Laptop and stable internet connection.
