Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, developing sales strategies, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and driving partnerships to achieve business goals. Additionally, the role involves market analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Building.
  • Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering Client Presentations with technical and business perspectives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the eCommerce, logistics, or shipping industry is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
