About the Role :

We're looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth for our exclusive creators and talent roster. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of brands and agencies, a deep understanding of the creator economy, and a sharp eye for strategic opportunities that drive monetisation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Revenue Growth & Brand Deals for our exclusive creator/Influencers

Drive consistent revenue generation for exclusive creators through brand partnerships, campaigns, and long-term collaborations.

Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.

2. Brand Pitching & Client Relations

Pitch our exclusive creator roster to top brands, agencies, and media planners.

Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.

3. Strategic Collaborations & IP Development

Conceptualize and execute new branded IPs, content series, and campaigns that enhance creator monetization.

Identify co-branded and cross-platform opportunities that strengthen brand relationships.

4. Partnerships & Outbound Lead Generation

Establish strategic tie-ups with agencies, marketing networks, and digital platforms to build an outbound pipeline for creator deals.

Represent the company in industry forums and networking events to attract new partnerships.

5. Performance & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on creator performance and brand deal metrics.

Provide actionable insights to optimize future collaborations and revenue growth.
