Job Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager with a strong background in the US Staffing industry, specifically working with Vendors and Implementors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new Vendor/Implementor accounts.
• Build client relationships from scratch and take complete ownership of accounts.
• Develop, nurture, and expand accounts to generate consistent staffing requirements.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to source and submit qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire business cycle from requirement generation to candidate placement and role closure.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Development within US Staffing.
• Strong network and working experience with Vendors and Implementors.
• Track record of generating requirements and closing positions.
• Ability to independently build and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
