Essential Job Functions
Conduct market research and identify potential clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Perform email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
Focus on target markets in India, the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Muscat, KSA) and the US
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to generate and qualify leads
Track, manage, and follow up on opportunities using CRM and SalesOps tools
Support the demand generation team with strategic BD initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services.
Familiarity with Time & Material staff augmentation and outsourcing models
Strong communication skills and comfort in outbound, target-driven environments
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
Key Result Areas
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for qualified client meetings
