Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Identify and connect with potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels.
2. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
3. Prepare compelling business proposals tailored to client requirements.
4. Deliver presentations and pitch services effectively to prospects.
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
6. Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or relative field.
2. Proven 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development roles.
3. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to draft professional proposals and presentations.
6. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
