You will be responsible for bringing in revenue by finding, engaging, and closing clients who need reputation repair, Wikipedia work, link removals, and digital PR support. Your work will shape how Reputn grows and how we position ourselves in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify founders, CXOs, agencies, law firms, talent managers, and companies dealing with reputation issues or needing credibility assets
Build and qualify a pipeline through targeted outreach across search, email, LinkedIn, IG, partners, and events
Spot signals of reputation risk, notability needs, negative SERPs, and missing authority profiles
Sell Reputn's core strengths: clean-ups, removals, Wikipedia, reputation repair, knowledge panel creation, and digital PR
Build proposals that reflect real execution possibilities, not generic decks
Maintain relationships where clients see Reputn as their ongoing partner for online identity, not a one-off service vendor
Push long-term plans: monitoring, multi-phase cleanups, recurring ORM, and Wikipedia management
Bring back insights that improve service packages and help spot new opportunities
Keep an accurate pipeline inside the CRM
Track conversion, deal size, cycles, and bottlenecks
Participate in weekly sales reviews and bring data that supports clear decisions
Required Qualifications & Skills
3-6 years in sales or BD for digital services, consulting, or high-trust projects
Solid record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
Clear communication with founders and senior leaders
Confident in negotiation, pricing large projects, and handling objections
Able to plan long-term partnerships rather than chasing small tasks
