Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all leads generated and drive them to conversion.
  • Engage with bus operators via calls and virtual discussions to convert interest in orders.
  • Work in sync with Operator facing teams for better lead management and conversions.
  • Maintain operator-wise revenue and depth planning.
  • Build and sustain strong operator relationships.
  • Collect and act on operator feedback to improve service and conversion.
  • Coordinate for hassle free order fulfilment of orders for operators.

Key Skills required for this role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive leads to closure.
  • Strong coordination and negotiation skills to work with vendors and operators.
  • Ownership mindset and self-driven execution.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for better conversion.

Role Objective / Impact

  • Drive operator adoption and order conversion on NOVA.
  • Ensure timely coordination with vendors to maintain SLA compliance.
  • Support growth in weekly order volume and GMV, contributing directly Scaling plans.

Educational Qualification: MBA - Marketing

Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 25 years in sales, B2B operations, or

Marketplace roles. Experience in Bus Operator management, logistics, fleet services, or related domains is a plus.
