Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all leads generated and drive them to conversion.
- Engage with bus operators via calls and virtual discussions to convert interest in orders.
- Work in sync with Operator facing teams for better lead management and conversions.
- Maintain operator-wise revenue and depth planning.
- Build and sustain strong operator relationships.
- Collect and act on operator feedback to improve service and conversion.
- Coordinate for hassle free order fulfilment of orders for operators.

- Drive operator adoption and order conversion on NOVA.
- Ensure timely coordination with vendors to maintain SLA compliance.
- Support growth in weekly order volume and GMV, contributing directly Scaling plans.
Educational Qualification: MBA - Marketing
Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 25 years in sales, B2B operations, or
Marketplace roles. Experience in Bus Operator management, logistics, fleet services, or related domains is a plus.
