Job Description

Senior Business Development Executive

Experience :5 + years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement long-term strategic goals to enhance market presence.
  • Build and nurture key customer relationships to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert potential new clients while maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.
  • Develop tailored presentations for solutions and services that anticipate client needs.
  • Engage in proactive client prospecting through networking, cold calling, and advertising.
  • Strategize persuasive approaches to secure potential client business.
  • Establish and maintain strong client rapport, setting sales targets to bolster business relationships.
  • Present new products and services to improve existing relationships.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT and ITeS industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, company-provided solutions/services, and competitors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
  • Ability to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators within the market.
  • Competency in sales forecasting and meeting set targets.
  • Commitment to representing the company positively in all engagements.
  • Capable of offering business development training and mentoring to internal staff.
  • In-depth and hands-on outbound sales experience
  • English - Full Professional/Professional WorkingProficiency
  • Must have international sales and marketing exposure
  • Preferred to have ANZ and APAC geo sales and client exposure.
