Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement long-term strategic goals to enhance market presence.
- Build and nurture key customer relationships to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and revenue growth.
- Identify and convert potential new clients while maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.
- Develop tailored presentations for solutions and services that anticipate client needs.
- Engage in proactive client prospecting through networking, cold calling, and advertising.
- Strategize persuasive approaches to secure potential client business.
- Establish and maintain strong client rapport, setting sales targets to bolster business relationships.
- Present new products and services to improve existing relationships.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT and ITeS industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, company-provided solutions/services, and competitors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
- Ability to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators within the market.
- Competency in sales forecasting and meeting set targets.
- Commitment to representing the company positively in all engagements.
- Capable of offering business development training and mentoring to internal staff.
- In-depth and hands-on outbound sales experience
- English - Full Professional/Professional WorkingProficiency
- Must have international sales and marketing exposure
- Preferred to have ANZ and APAC geo sales and client exposure.
