Position: Senior Executive -Business Development
Location: Pune India
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Person would be responsible for identifying, prospecting new customer for PLM and Other IT Services
- Develop senior level relationships with the customer & leads.
- Would be required to give presentations to customers and be proficient in convincing the value gain towards conclusive sale.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with current clients to facilitate future business.
- Develop an understanding of the competition.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
- Work with minimum supervision in with responsiveness to relevance.
- Prospect and qualify new partners or business enablers.
- Maintain database for potential clients.
- Brief senior management on activities and status
Skills Required
- 5 to 7 years Enterprise Software presales and industry experience is a must.
- Should be persuasive, result oriented and follow objective oriented goal.
- Must have negotiation skills and ability to convince the value.
- Good Communication skills and fluency in English.
- Clear understanding of business development
- Identify/Qualify strong potential clients.
- Ability to travel and meet client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor or master's Degree
Experienced in IT services Sales or MBA Sales& Marketing
- 7-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a hunting role
- At least 3-5 years of experience selling IT and consulting services.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals ranging from $100K to $1MM within a 3 to 9-month.
- Proven experience in hunting new logos, managing a sales pipeline, and in selling IT services
- Experience in selling to Manufacturing, Product Based Companies Insurance, Consumables, Healthcare, or IT services sectors in India or Overseas is a plus
- Skilled at identifying technology needs and risks and working with C-Suite and senior-level IT executives to implement solutions.
- Innovative approach, scheduling high-value meetings, and leading sales discussions.
