We are seeking a highly analytical ans creative Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business for our wealth management services, building long-term associations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Consult customers on Mutual funds, Stocks & Investing.
- Acquire and onboard customers for Wealth Management services.
- Explain product details and resolve customer queries.
- Develop trust & high engagement with customers to build long-term associations.
- Specialized training related to Mutual funds & Stock markets will be provided.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, contests, andiincentive programs.
- Share market insights with marketing, sales & product teams to help improve product & increase client conversion costs.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in sales of Financial products or services - Mutual funds, Banking, Insurance, Stocks, etc.
- Graduation in any field. Degree/Diploma in Finance is preferred.
- NISM Series V-A Certification mandatory.
Requirements
Sound knowledge of mutual funds, stocks market and industry trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret business data
- .Working knowledge of MS - Office.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Goal orientated with strong sales acumen.
- Background or interest in Finance or Share Market is a huge plus
