Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights, define requirements, and optimize business processes.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to Data Analytics and BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and large datasets handling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
• Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.
• Experience in BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories.
