- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis, document functional specifications, and create user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements.
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and maintain traceability matrices.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expertise in tools likeJIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and requirement management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
