Who we are looking for:

You've spent the last 12 months living inside the AI revolution - building agents, automating workflows, and using these tools daily, not occasionally. You think in systems and data, and you're energized by a fast, high-rigour environment where you own outcomes end-to-end.

You have:

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics or product roles
• Strong SQL and Python, with real fluency querying data from warehouses
• Hands-on experience building AI agents on any platform to automate data and insight workflows
• Experience building management dashboards and MIS that drive decisions
• Exposure to product analytics - marketing automation, MMPs, and the metrics that drive revenue growth
• Comfort with high rigour and high availability - this is not a standard 10-to-6 role

Nice to have: exposure to shipping products and writing PRDs, strong interpersonal skills and prior experience working directly with founders, and a strong academic background (IITs, NITs).
