Position: Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in analysing data and interpreting insights to drive

strategic improvements in revenue, asset utilisation, and driver performance. In close coordination

with city operations teams, you will deliver data-driven performance insights to identify operational

inefficiencies and contribute to the optimisation of business processes and decision-making

strategies.

What You'll Do:

Data-Driven Insights: Create planning sheets for recruitment, attrition, and revenue realisation

for the company at a pan-India level. Set up governance cadence with function leads to

govern plan vs actuals and highlight to relevant stakeholders on deviation.

Collaboration and Execution: Work with local city teams to finalise planning for various

metrics, building in the impact of seasonality, local nuances. Do root cause analysis alongside city

teams to identify gaps in order to bring back performance numbers.

Performance Monitoring: Set up review cadence with cities and create reports for a deep dive

During weekly/ monthly performance discussions for teams to collaborate and solve the root

issue.

Continuous Improvement: Keep identifying and flagging inefficiencies in order to give

proactive insights to operations teams.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing

challenges, impact, and timelines proactively.

Mentorship: Embrace a coachable mindset to unlearn and relearn practices, empowering both direct and indirect reports to solve past and present issues.

What You'll Need:

Education: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Business

Intelligence/Operations, or an MBA from a top B-School.

Business Understanding: Strong understanding of business (any field but the gig economy

industry preferred) to create actionable insights.

Excel & Google Sheets Mastery: Be a data ninja when it comes to Google Sheets. No SQL/

Python skills required.

Adaptability: Coachability to adapt new practices, navigate ambiguity, and create scalable,

reliable solutions.

Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact, maintaining the team

focus without the need for constant follow-ups.

Additional Information:

This role is office-based, and employees are expected to work on-site 100% of the time unless

formally approved for remote work. Temporary or permanent accommodation may be available for
