About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the Broking workstream which will unify multiple trading and investment applications into one seamless platform.

The role involves business analysis, functional design, and stakeholder coordination for broking systems, with a strong focus on trading platforms, OMS/RMS, Algo Trading, and Risk Management. The ideal candidate will bridge business, technology, and compliance teams to deliver a robust, scalable, and regulatory-compliant digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and process design for broking modules trading, order management, risk monitoring, and reporting.

Define functional and integration requirements for OMS/RMS, Algo Trading, FIX protocol, and back-office systems.

Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, ensuring business, technical, and regulatory alignment.

Conduct gap analysis, UAT participation, and support for go-live and post-implementation validation.

Collaborate with technology, product, and vendor teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Skills & Experience

812 years of experience in Capital Markets / Broking domain with deep knowledge of trading workflows, OMS/RMS, and risk management systems.

Exposure to Algo trading and regulatory processes (SEBI/NSE/BSE).

Proven track record in business analysis, functional documentation, and system implementation.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.

Qualification

Post-graduate degree in Finance, Technology, or Management.

Knowledge of Algo trading systems and RMS frameworks will be an added advantage.
