We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to drive the collation, creation and maintenance of various types of business and user documentation
This individual will work to analyze business requirements and build crucial business documents, including but not limited to business requirements documents, user stories, process flow documentation, user documentation, etc
We want this person to be comfortable with project management related tasks, such as meeting management, project plans/tracker maintenance, and help with crafting status updates

Responsibilities:
Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both sides of the business
Conduct analysis of business issues and challenges.
Identify organizations strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.
Document functional specifications, conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow.
Help build or Translate business requirements into appropriate Functional specifications with focus on operational efficiencies.
Act as liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve sophisticated, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications.
Facilitate group meetings such as workshops.
Work with end-users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure appropriate end user training.
Perform analysis of requests for system development / maintenance and determine the most effective approach.
Work with product management, clients and the user community to define business requirements as needed.
Develop project plans, which will be used to supervise the progress of a project.
Develop project target achievements and completion dates and adhere to an agreed upon schedule.
Assist in the design of test plans for new or modified programs to ensure their quality, efficiency, integrity and alignment to specifications.
Participate in feasibility study, conceptual design and/or system presentation as required.
Collaborate with partners as needed and coordinate major development projects effectively define and control project tasks, personnel assignments and target dates for each task.
Maintain appropriate project documentation
Timely communication of project statuses
Be responsive to all production problems assigned.
Knowledge of AI/RPA is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field
5-7 years experience working as business analysts
Agile experience a plus
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proven presentation and organizational skills
Self-starter with strong resourcefulness, ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments
