Job Description

Overview:

We're seeking a creative leader who can blend exceptional graphic design sensibilities with hands-on UI/UX expertise. This role is ideal for a designer who can think both strategically and executionally, owning the brand's visual narrative while crafting user-centric digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand and Visual Identity
    • Define and evolve the visual language of the Travelwings brand across digital and offline touchpoints.
    • Create high-impact marketing collateral including campaign visuals, social media assets, ad creatives, print materials, and email campaigns.
    • Own brand consistency across internal and external communication.
    • Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
  • UI/ UX & Digital Design
    • Design user-centric web and mobile experiences on landing pages, microsites, and interactive components.
    • Translate product and marketing needs into engaging, intuitive user flows and interfaces
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design fidelity
    • Conduct heuristic evaluations and support lightweight user research/testing cycles to improve usability.
  • Creative Strategy & Leadership
    • Serve as a design thought partner to cross-functional teams, contributing to campaign planning, feature launches, and branding initiatives.
    • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, introducing new formats and techniques to raise creative standards
    • Manage and mentor junior designers, offering feedback and ensuring quality benchmarks.
Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in brand design, UI/UX, or creative direction, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • A standout portfolio showcasing a mix of brand design and UI/UX work across web, mobile, and social.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, preferred) and Figma/XD.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, composition, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce domain is a strong plus.
