• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in branch administration or retail credit underwriting.
• Retail Assets funding exposure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Should have sales orientation
• Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
• 4 - 7 years banking experience of which 2-3 years, leading a branch as Branch Manager
