Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for the position of Senior Branch Manager. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee the overall the branch productivity (Advisor, Agency Manager & Recruitment), ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. The role also entails facilitating training sessions, developing strategic plans to meet targeted objectives, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising and mentoring teams.
  • Sales and business development skills, with expertise in driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, including products such as ULIPs and term insurance plans, as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic planning and analytical thinking abilities for formulating and executing business growth initiatives.
  • Proficiency in operational oversight and organizational effectiveness at the branch level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in a branch or operational management role.
