Role Overview:

The Senior Barista will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and aesthetic integrity of the cafs offerings. This role demands attention to detail, a sense of refinement, and alignment with the brand's Japanese-inspired ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve matcha-based beverages and specialty coffees.

Guide and train junior baristas in beverage preparation.

Maintain station cleanliness and follow SOPs.

Engage guests with product knowledge and service etiquette.

Qualifications & Requirements

Well-groomed, articulate, and professional in demeanor.

Background in hotel management or premium caf/restaurant operations.

Passionate about quality, presentation, and guest experience.

Strong English communication skills.

Team player with a calm, service-oriented attitude.
