Position: Senior Automation Test Engineer

Experience: 5 years or Above

Location:Noida Sector-62

We seek an experienced Automation Test Engineer with 5 years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation frameworks and tools, specifically Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium, as well as experience in API testing. Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Cypress.

Knowledge of any AI Automation tool (like TestSigma etc) will be an added advantage

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans.

Perform API automation testing to ensure the functionality and performance of backend services.

Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and improve product quality.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance test automation practices.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and concisely.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5 years of experience in software testing and automation.

Strong knowledge of automation testing tools: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.

Experience in API automation testing and tools such as RestAssured, Postman, or similar

Proficiency in programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
