Job Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist/Lead to devise marketing plans to boost client revenue and course enrollment. They will research trends, recommend strategies like social media ads and SEO, and analyze campaigns to improve results. They will collaborate with customer success to ensure a smooth client experience. This role requires 3+ years of marketing experience, strong data analysis skills, and a customer-centric mindset


  • Analyse client requirements & devise customized marketing strategies to increase client revenues & maximize course enrollments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics & competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities & emerging platforms.
  • Provide expert advice & recommendations on marketing tactics, such as SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, content creation, influencer partnerships & other relevant channels. Must have experience in managing Google & Facebook ads.
  • Review client marketing campaigns & identify areas for improvement, optimizing conversion rates & increasing return on investment (ROI).
  • Work closely with the customer success team to align marketing strategies with overall client success objectives & ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of marketing best practices, emerging technologies & digital marketing trends to stay ahead of the curve & deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, focusing on managing Google & Facebook ads. Consulting experience is preferred. Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies & tactics, with a track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google & Facebook ads.
  • Proficient in data analysis, able to interpret marketing metrics & make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing recommendations & strategies to clients of varying backgrounds.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed. Ability to empathize with client challenges & provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools & platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management tools, email marketing platforms & marketing automation systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & quickly adapt to changing client needs & market trends.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams & support the overall success of the customer success team.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is preferred.
