Job Description

Position Summary

The team is partnered with Shareholder services group and responsible for review and reconcile various reports of Shareholder services i.e. Share Outstanding report, Policy trust report, Judicial reports. Team is also responsible for daily entry of shares to be issued in SHS system.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Daily task - Daily entry of share to be issued in SHS system

  1. Prepare and publish monthly Share Outstanding reconciliation report

  1. Prepare and publish monthly PHT reconciliation report

  1. Prepare and publish monthly escheat data report

  1. Prepare and publish quarterly Judicial report

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education

  • College degree (Associate of commerce, or Bachelor of Science) in any Business category.

Experience

  • Preferably to have experience in MS Excel Reporting, Reconciliation and analysis

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Working experience of reporting and analysis of Financial data
  • Working experience of working on multiple applications
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communication skills - should be able to read, interpret business documents. Excellent oral/written communication
  • Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
  • Excellent e-mail writing skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to coordinate cross functionally
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to coordinate cross functionally
  • Ability to prepare meeting minutes
