About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment while contributing to campus hiring, employer branding initiatives and talent analytics. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven approach to hiring.

ey Responsibilities:1

. Talent AcquisitionM

  • anage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboardingP
  • artner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closuresD
  • eliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process2

. Campus HiringC

  • oordinate and support campus hiring initiatives, including internship and management trainee programsB
  • uild relationships with placement cells and manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities3

. Employer BrandingC

  • reate recruitment and employer branding posters/creatives using tools such as CanvaS
  • upport employer branding campaigns across social media and other talent attraction channels4

. Recruitment Analytics & ReportingM

  • aintain hiring dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment trackersA
  • nalyse key hiring metrics and prepare presentations for stakeholders and leadership reviews5

. Stakeholder ManagementC

  • ollaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teamsP
  • rovide regular hiring updates and ensure smooth recruitment operationsP

  • BA/PGDM in HR (Optional)S
