In this role, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth through high-level outbound strategies while elevating the performance of the SDR team through active mentorship.

1. Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Design and execute highly personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers.
• Conduct deep research on ICP accounts to ensure outreach resonates with specific organizational challenges.

1. Team Mentorship & Performance

• Provide daily coaching and feedback to junior SDRs on call techniques and email copy.
• Develop and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and SOPs to standardize winning outreach tactics.
• Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs within the CRM to identify areas for process improvement.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Direct experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading junior sales professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of outbound sales tools and CRM workflows.
