Position Overview:
As Programmatic Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). This includes campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimization to meet client KPIs. You will also serve as a key contact for internal teams and external clients, contributing to reporting and providing valuable insights. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of the campaigns while mentoring junior team members when necessary.
Responsibilities
- :Campaign Management: 3+ year of experience in managing programmatic campaigns
,Independently manage the execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Amazon
- .Optimization & Pacing: Proactively monitor campaign delivery and performance, ensuring KPIs such as pacing, and ROI are met. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategies to improve results
- .Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize DSP and Excel for daily analysis of campaign performance. Generate and deliver comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for clients or internal stakeholders
- .Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to campaign setup, performance, and pacing. Handle challenges such as under-delivery or poor deal performance
- .Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (AdOps, Client Services) and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. Communicate insights and optimization recommendations to clients and internal teams
- .Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality control procedures for programmatic campaign implementation and optimization, ensuring best practices are followed
- .Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and assisting them in campaign setups and optimizations
