Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required advanced degree is beneficial. 7-10 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 7 to 10 experiences in applications support or production environment. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Ansible and Docker. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile. Experience in supporting Java, .NET based applications. Experience with IBM MQ/ messaging and Rabbit MQ middleware queues. Experience with Apache Kafka messaging. Experience with SQL and Oracle databases and knowledge about writing SQL queries. Experience in supporting deployment using Jenkins, GIT, CI/CD, and strong debugging skills. Knowledge about ITIL Service Management and experience with ticketing tool ServiceNow. Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section Prioritize and handle service requests, incidents, change management and problem tickets Knowledge with Monitoring tools such as Moogsoft, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Cloudprober, Thousand Eyes, Splunk. Should be willing to work on weekends on need basis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge, understanding and experience around documentation in Confluence or SharePoint.
