Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required 4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required experience in the financial services industry is a plus Coordinated with front office and other support teams, locally and globally, to address trade related enquiries and issues Analytic and data driven experience in supporting applications part of the Trade Lifecycle Experience in supporting Java, .NET based applications Experience with IBM MQ/ messaging and Rabbit MQ middleware queues Experience with SQL and Oracle databases and writing complex SQL queries. Experience with monitoring tools - Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Moog soft or related solutions Coding skills in Java/C#/Python to automate manual work and building utilities for BAU work. Experience in deployment and strong debugging skills Familiarity with ITIL Service Management. Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section Prioritize and handle service requests, incidents, change management and problem tickets Should be willing to work on weekends and shifts
