Job Description

  • Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of learning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project deliverables, provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Learning Design and Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to oversee the design and development of engaging learning content and outcomes.

  • Resource Management : Manage and allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of available tools and technologies.

  • Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of project delivery. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to measure project success and for continuous improvement.

  • Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of learning initiatives. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Vendor Management : Work with relevant teams to evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and partners to enhance learning capabilities and bring external expertise when needed.

  • Lead Communication and Engagement : Work with subject matter experts to plan and execute communication and engagement plans for the learning projects.

Experience - 3 - 5yrs

- Bachelor s degree in education, Project Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading learning projects and managing teams in a corporate setting.

- Basic understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and emerging learning technologies.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are desirable.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

- Ability to work in an agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
