Job Description
- Performs Investor Relations functions, including but not limited to, reviewing investor subscription documents, preparation of subscription confirmation letters and redemption letters, and sending them out to the investors;
- Performs AML procedures;
- Prepares draft emails to facilitate sending out of investor capital letters;
- Reviews capital letters prior to partners final review of client deliverables;
- Updates IPO worksheet and sends the list out to the fund administration team.
Requirements
- Has knowledge in the alternative investment industry particularly in investor relations.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for United States and/or Cayman Islands preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and has very good organization skills;
- Has good command of the English language, both oral and written;
- Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs.
