Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Art Director located in Gurugram. The Senior Art Director will be responsible for leading creative projects, providing creative direction, and work on the branding and packaging design projects.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, managing the visual aspects of marketing campaigns, developing visual identity designs, and ensuring cohesive and compelling brand representations across various platforms. The role will also involve mentoring junior designers and working closely with clients to meet their branding needs.

Qualifications

• Creative Direction and Art Direction skills with ai capabilities
• Experience in Branding and developing creative concepts and strategies. Should have good knowledge or art history and the evolution of design
• Proficiency in softwares
• Good leadership and project management abilities and willingness to bind team together
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills including presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field from a reputed design school
