Job Description:
- Conceptual Design: Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and feasible design concepts for a variety of interior projects, ranging from commercial offices and retail spaces to hospitality and residential environments.
- Technical Design Development: Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and client requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee project progress from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery within budget.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods to create safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing interior environments.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interior designers, engineers, and other team members to deliver integrated and cohesive design solutions.
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the field of interior architecture to continuously improve our design offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an architectural firm, with a focus on interior design projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD (2D), Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design and visualization software.
- Licensure: Registered Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong design sensibility, technical aptitude, project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating inspiring spaces.
